  • Les mercredis de 18h à 19h : SAUMUR, Espace Santé et Sport Balzac, 7 avenue Balzac, 1er étage (prendre les escaliers à droite après l'accueil)
  • Les jeudis de 19h à 20h30 : MERON (Montreuil-Bellay)
  • Les vendredis de 18h à 19h : SAUMUR, Espace Santé et Sport Balzac, 7 avenue Balzac, 1er étage (prendre les escaliers à droite après l'accueil)
  • Les samedis de 10h à 11h30 : SAUMUR, FORM'ACCESS, ZI Ecoparc, 110 Bd des Demoiselles Parking Intermarché

 

TARIFS ET RÉSERVATION 

  • Pour les cours du lundi et jeudi : informations et inscriptions directement auprès de l'association Yoga et Harmonie par email à sjlb@orange.fr
  • Pour les cours du mercredi et du vendredi : 20€ par classe / 150€ la carte nominative de 10 classes (carte valable 3 mois). Le 1er cours est à moitié prix, soit 10€. Vous pouvez rejoindre les cours des mercredis et  vendredis à n'importe quel moment de l'année sans  inscription préalable.
  • Pour les cours du samedi matin :  renseignements et RÉSERVATION  OBLIGATOIRE directement auprès de Form'Access au 02 41 38 48 10 ou par email à form.access@orange.fr 

 

Si vous n'avez pas de tapis de yoga, nous pouvons vous en fournir un. Mais pour des raisons d'hygiène, il vous est recommandé de venir aux cours avec votre propre tapis.

 

COURS PRIVES A DOMICILE

AIre géographique : Saumur et ses environs (+/- 15km)

Durée : 1h30

TARIFS : 45€ pour 1 personne, 80€ pour 2 personnes. A partir de 3 personnes : 25€ en plus par personne supplémentaire.

  • Saturdays from 10 to 11.30am : SAUMUR, FORM'ACCESS, ZI Ecoparc, Intermarché, 110 Boulevard des Demoiselles

FEES AND BOOKING

  • Mondays and Thursdays: information and booking directly with the Yoga et Harmonie Association via email at sjlb@orange.fr
  • Wednesday and Friday : 20€ for 1 lass / 150€ the 10-classes card (valid for 3 months). The first class is half-price (10€). You can join the classes any time of the year.

If you do not have your own yoga mat, we can provide you one. But for hygiene reasons, it is recommended to come to the classes with your own mat.

 

PRIVATE CLASSES

Location : Saumur and 15km around

Duration : 1.30 hour

FEES : 45€ for 1 person, 80€ for 2 persons. From 3 persons : 25€ extra per person.
